1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased on special offers or discounts (if applicable)

3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video), and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
